The Youth Congress ist a forum where young people from a wide range of backgrounds come together to discuss current, politically relevant issues under a specific motto and formulate goals and positions arising from them. In 2023 the congress was held under the motto "GénérAktion: your impact counts!"as a Franco-german cooperation between bpb and the Franco-German Youth Office (DFJW/OFAJ). Therefore not only German but also French young people took part in the event.
