This program is an educational package offered to schools in order to discuss "othering", stereotyping, discrimination, diversity, identity and exclusionism in class. A pilot is currently being developed for Dutch and Palestinian schools.
Part of the educational package is a digital meeting between youth from different regions (ie. the Netherland and Palistine), guided by a conversation manuel and exercises. A duo of Horizons volunteers (who are trainee function as tutors on both sides of the diologue program. This should result into a better mutual understanding, critical reflection on one's own identity and awareness about injustice and inequality elsewhere.
